Parking
- We have two reserved carparks at the hotel, these spots are $30 per night. One is located on level two outside reception. Our garage carpark is located underneath the hotel on level one off King St.
- We do offer complementary parking in our overflow facilities on either 26 Queen St or the TSB Showplace off King St. Our team will happily assist with any parking queries.

Food & Beverage
We are lucky enough to have eight hospitality establishments for you to enjoy: Social Kitchen, Monica's Eatery, Itch Wine Bar, Frederic's, Snug Lounge, Ms White, Ozone Coffee Roasters, and Public Catering. These award winning co-owned restaurants, bars and cafes are located in and around the hotel and provide the option for you to charge back from the restaurant straight onto your room account, making dining out as easy as possible.
We also offer offer in room dining options, Whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner - together with our friends from Monica's Eatery, Frederic's and Ms White we offer you a variety of all things deliousness to be enjoyed in your room. Find their menus on the next few pages, make your choice and call Reception (dial 800) to place your order. Please allow up to 40 minutes for delivery. Your meal will be directly charged to your room and a delivery fee of $7 applies. Pssst... You are more than welcome to preorder your breakfast for the next morning at your preferred time (anytime from 7:15am). Just call Reception before 9pm the night prior

- Iron and ironing board are located in your wardrobe or drawer
- Pillows: We understand that everyone has their own pillow preferences while away from home, so if you'd like any additional pillows (feather down, hypo-allergic, or memory foam), please contact Reception before 9pm. You can also find a spare pillow in the wardrobe.
- Safe: For your convenience, you find a safe in your room for your personal use. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any items of value that are stored in your in-room safe. Please follow the instructions inside the safe to programme your safe.
- Electrical adaptors in kitchenette drawer
Dry Cleaning & Laundry
- Dry Cleaning services are available daily. Laundry bags and dockets are located in one of the drawers in the wadrobe. Please refer to instructions on the dockets for pick-ups and return times (charges apply).

Urban Beauty Spa is located on 40 King St, behind the hotel. They offer a wide variety from massages and facials to manicures and pedicures. Smoking Policy
We are a non-smoking hotel, which applies to all facilities in the hotel including bedrooms. However, smoking is allowed only on balconies with the doors closed to prevent smoke entering the rooms. New Zealand Law prohibits smoking in public areas. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if you smoke in your suite.
Safety & Emergency
For your safety, all guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Please familiarise yourself with the emergency exit plan on the back of your room door. To report a fire, dial Reception on “800” or dial 111 immediately. The hotel's emergency plan will be immediately activated. Remain calm. Do not use the elevators. Use the fire exits shown on the plan on the back of your room door. Should an evacuation of the hotel be necessary, a siren will sound, requesting immediate exit of the hotel. Please make your way through the fire exits to the assembly point, in front of Monica’s Eatery on the corner of King and Queen St, opposite the hotel. Should you have a physical condition which might impair your ability to detect an alarm or to evacuate via the stairwell, please notify Reception on your arrival.
